An SCP Foundation Dread Scenario

Hello council members. I have put together a new proposal for enacting the latest experimental expedition in line with Order O5-4000-F26 regarding [REDACTED PER PROTOCOL 4000-ESHU]. The expedition will require 4 participants, one from each major department within the foundation. Personnel will be briefed on the “Dread” Protocol, in order to partake in the trial. Please find attached to all the necessary paperwork. As always, I await your report before proceeding.
