Aurora
The game Eidolon Alpha features supernatural creatures hiding in the modern world, such as elf- themed toy makers or snowfolk who possess magical powers based on their origin from holiday myths of long ago. There are ten primary families with two subtypes each for play and no firm lines to draw between them apart from a common enemy: ghosts that represent Holiday's End which must be fought by the Aurora people in order not lose hope during winter months or risk causing an imbalance across time periods where they may only have power when mortal magic is present. The game uses Cortex Prime Rules, including stress on attributes and complications for conflicts resolved through tests versus contests to establish difficulty levels as well
