The adventure takes place in a mysterious village called Murrittter, where an idyllic location nestled among burrows on the bank of a gently-flowing stream serves as home to few insects but nobody living nearby and three etherial voles known locally as Midnight WasheRvoles can be seen washing laundry at night. While adults avoid the area out of fear for their safety, curious children still manage to sneak away occasionally in pursuit of glimpsing these mystical creatures with lightning-fast reflexes called upon by magic item hooks made from two pieces each and a map outlining burrow locations spread throughout the village as well as three random encounter creatures including giant anteaters and tarantulas. The adventure site also comes equipped with stat sheets for easy access to character stats during gameplay, along with card versions of characters featuring ink-heavy covers or double printouts on A4 cards that can be cut out if necessary in case players prefer a more tactile experience when making their selections from the available options using playi~ng cards.
