The story of the Dead God is a tale about creation and evolution, set in an alternate universe where everything was born from decaying corpses. It introduces readers to various creatures that evolved on this land such as insects with superior powers created through their tears which then transformed into rivers, lakes and even mountains made out of skin shed by these insectoids who had walked the earth before them.
