Hero is an adventure role-playing game set in haunted and forgotten places of Earth that tell stories about heroes seeking ever greater glory through quests for personal renown via high scores earned by spells or Rituals versus Hoards representing the character's skills/achievements to help track how much they have done. The world isn't a natural antagonist, but players must still use their wits and adapt in order to become legendary.
