BEACON is a tactical role-playing game (RPG) set in an alternate medieval fantasy world that draws inspiration from LANLOR, D&D 4e and FF Fantasy lore. Players take on the roles of members of their ancestral lineages who possess different attributes such as strength or dexterity to perform certain tasks while they travel through time seeking power for themselves after a great war against darkness called 'The Scourge'. As players level up each class with unique abilities, skillsets are unlocked that can be used strategically in combat. BEACON uses an arsenal system where the player's character is equipped and leveled based on their ancestry traits such as strength or dexterity to perform tasks while they travel through time seeking power for themselves after a great war against darkness called 'The Scourge'. The game offers digital tools, including Player Character Sheets (PCS), GM NPC sheets, Loot Crate Generator, Shopping Supplies Generator, Reflection Systems and Digital Support.
