The player takes on the role as an adult civilian during a world-changing conflict in which children pilot giant mechs for their military families to fight against monsters that threaten humanity's survival. This game is primarily about exploring themes such as helplessness, injury and death from state violence through interactions with other characters who have been affected by it; however, the focus of this narrative will also be on learning how growing up can affect someone in a war-torn world where their sibling may not return safely to them due to being at risk.
