Hell on Earth is a game about kicking ass in a purgatory that once was regular old Earth. Your characters will be morally challenged, blurring the lines between the good, the bad, and the ugly as they struggle to keep a foothold in a post-post apocalyptic society. Easy to get started with and customizable to run, HoE is a system homebrewers and creative DMs alike will enjoy. If you love making house rules, the freedom to adjust on the fly, and cooperating with players to tell a story, Hell on earth might be the system for you.
