JAIM OPS III is a rules add-on that gives FIST players their own headquarters set atop an abandoned oil platform in UNCLE BASE, allowing them to customize characters' environments and create unique missions for the mercenaries they recruit from RA TIONS #2 – HAZARD FUNCTION. The pamphlet includes mission payout rates, mercenary recruitment guidelines, base upgrades, a KOVALCHUCK S-3 helicopter mechanic table with stat information suitable for mainland transportation tasks like hauling cargo on land or airship rides through dangerous territories in search of new assignments where the risk is higher than usual but profits are greater.
