Cosmic Legends of The Universe uses a modified version of PeaCh Garden Games' Harmony Drive system to create an engaging tabletop roleplaying game set within a world where superheroes come together and work alongside each other as heroes fighting against evil forces in the universe. Each hero has five motivations that drive them, which are single words chosen by players freely. A Crisis is rated based on how well your group resolves it through their unique superheroic talents and powers; when they meet certain goals multiple times within a specific time frame (the Goals), such as saving people or property from the crisis, it becomes resolved.
