Download the PDF and be patient as it may take a while to load, prepare for action points (AP), armor class (AC) calculation based on your HP or hitpoints at level 1 after starting play with ROOM card in center that marks entrance of dungeon. Character cards indicate you're playing this game; Level up character by leveling up yourself and using AP earned from winning battles against monsters to advance through levels where certain rooms, like combat room (with "Combat" symbol on it), yield loot or take away enemies' health points depending upon your AC roll in each battle fought between the two combatants. When reaching level 1 after starting play with ROOM card, you'll have a chance of learning spells by spinning spindles to read them off cards and then using AP earned from winning battles against monsters (you must also pay attention if there is an "INI" symbol on top or bottom edge before rolling for spellcasting).
