The main character, Fishblad or "Fisherboy," must navigate through treacherous waters filled with dangerous creatures while fighting off invaders who seek to destroy the ocean's ecosystem in order to control its resources. Players use various equipment such as boats and weapons that can be upgraded using materials found during quests throughout the game along a 3D map of sea levels, currents, tides, weather patterns etc...
