En una democracia debilitada, un infiltrado trata de jugar con las alianzas y rivalidades. Menem Secreto es un juego de mesa de engaño, basado en Secret Hitler y Avalon. Los jugadores encarnarán a 3 bandos: senadores radicales, senadores peronistas y Menem. Los senadores tratarán de que 3 leyes de su partido sean aprobadas, mientras que Menem buscará que 5 leyes sean rechazadas para poder disolver el congreso y gobernar por birome. Solo él sabrá los roles de los demás, mientras que el resto deberá usar su intuición.
