This is a Cortex Prime ruleset for CyberPunk set in a dystopian year of 2080 in Detroit Night City.  The rules are intended to make the game more narrative and cinematic.   These rules are all designed to only be used on a Cellphone PDF reader.    Do not use browser ready, it will not be able to use bookmarks or document hyperlinks  This is not a kid-friendly rule set as it has an excessive use of vulgarity and sexuality.  This is not a complete work, we only started playtesting.
