ASaCINCO é um RPG genérico, minimalista e baseado em cartas em vez de dados. Isso significa que foi pensado para narrar em qualquer ambientação (medieval fantástico, cyberpunk, faroeste, terror, ficção científica...etc), que usa poucas regras para que se possa lembrar tudo de cabeça e agilizar o jogo focando na narrativa sem ter que consultar este texto várias vezes, e que no lugar dos dados poliédricos especializados e por vezes difíceis de encontrar este RPG usa um baralho comum de 52 cartas.
