Kiwi Acress is an adventure set in New Zealand, featuring unique and exciting creatures like kāwha- keas (New Zealands native parrots), hapukuheko pounamu frogs ("little jumping devils"), giant yaks called mohoiahaehi, wild dogs known as paorua heka or "the wolf with the black fur" - a reference to their dark coloration. The adventure is set in an island setting and includes maps of forests like Fernwood Forest (a nod towards New Zealand's Ferny Woodlands), cliffs that are home to kiwi birds, streams where you may find trout hiding from predators at night or other aquatic creatures such as beavers, otters, herons, mallards, geese, ducks and swans. The adventure is built around a central friendly settlement with NPCs (non-player characters) like the Māori leader of Tauranga named Te Waihiwha who can help guide you through this magical world full of surprises in between your adventures!
