In Rover Royale, the player takes on multiple colorful characters who work together in tight costumes and battle evil doers with their unique Star Power abilities through dice rolls. The system allows for character creation and progression while focusing more heavily on storytelling than combat mechanics or statistics tracking as a GM-optional feature of the game. It is recommended to bring at least two players, but can be played solo if desired by including appropriate party members in each session with minimal setup time required before starting play.
