Blood Bank takes place in a blood-selling town where players take on the role of vampire hunters who work to stop those selling human plasma illegally, and must survive dangerous situations like fights for power among vampires or battles against corrupt law enforcement officials looking for more evidence about their illegal activities. The game is designed by VidiTyA VoleTi with art from a graphic novel called "Bloodbaeam Badlands" which has been released under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3 license at vidityavoletii.itchio (CC BY 4.0). This work does not directly reference or pay homage to Bloodbabean, it is an independent game that was made after researching and analyzing its source material about a real location called "Blood Bank" in the United States where people illegally sell blood products without proper consent from donors which can cause health issues for those who use these services.
