Rising Down is a complex horror survival role-playing video game about groups forcibly sent into various missions within an underground facility for the purpose of surviving and escaping alive. It requires at least 2 players - one to play as GMs (Game Masters) setting up events, storylines, maps/rooms etc., another player(ies), playing their Role in each mission that can be enhanced with unique perks based on character kit selection before entering the underground facility for a specific set of objectives or missions. It takes over 80 pages and is meant to provide an immersive experience where players will have permanent unlockable items like weapons, tools which make them valuable assets depending upon what role they play during each mission as well as various systems such as hacking, physical states (e.g., Manage Panic), pain levels, alertness/mental state that keep track of the game
