This expansion is about breaks, which allow players time off from adventuring between missions or quests in order for them to relax, take care of themselves physically with exercise activities like taking a walk around town and eating healthy food. They can also rest at the local inns if they want some extra sleep after their adventure-filled day (if available). This expansion includes rules on building up characters' skill sets by buying equipment or learning new skills using resources acquired throughout adventuring, as well as adding more variety to gladiator arenas and training exercises for Gladiators. There are also multiple ways of earning money in the game like trading goods with NPCs who have items you want but cannot afford at once; taking on quests that offer rewards such as silver or gold coins which can be exchanged into cash during your adventure, selling information about places to find rare materials and other valuable things found out there.
