Diary of William Bell
The urban legend says that if you read the Diary, you go mad, just like the man who wrote it. No one would want to read it. You definitely do not want to read it. That's why the Authorities are looking for it...to keep us safe from it. Probably. The Diary of William Bell is an artifact that can be found in The Lost Bay. The Diary is presented diegetically so that the players can read and experience it in the same way that their characters are reading and experiencing it. The mechanical effect of the Diary is explained on the last page of the PDF.
