I realized I made this some time ago but never posted it. It's a Brindlewood Bay fan game! I guess you could use it to get inspiration to create your Maven, or a meddling NPC 5-min-Maven is small one-player RPG about being an elderly woman who lives in Brindlewood Bay. You are a member of the local Murder Mavens mystery book club—who frequently find themselves investigating (and solving!) real-life murder mysteries.  It takes 5 minutes to play. It's based on  5-min-e, created by Emily O'Heir.   Check out the original!
