This is a chart I made for my players in a Mork Borg campaign who all had experience playing D&D 5e.  Mork Borg only has four abilities as opposed to 5e's 18 abilities, so I made this chart for them to reference roughly what ability would be tested based on what they were used to while playing D&D.  The conversion chart is completely free, but if you would like to donate, you can.  Includes both color and printer friendly versions.
