This DCC compatible tri-fold pamphlet details 12 different family farms that you can stumble upon while traveling the roads around Stennard. They are divided into 4 each of lawful, neutral, and chaotic families. Each family has details about the head of the family, their motivations, names and ages of the family members, and an aspect about them that can turn into a job or side quest. Additionally, there are 8 mini-maps that you can use as farms for whatever family you roll. If you want to generate a little family drama on the fly, this is a great little tool to have at your fingertips.
