Conversion guide for running Hot Springs Island in Shadowdark or Old School Essentials

It will work best with Shadowdark but should still considerably reduce the prep required for running Hot Springs Island with any OSR rules set. I created this guide to prep the island for my own Shadowdark campaign and while I did so, I also provided a lot of notes on Old School Essentials. To use this guide you will need Dark of Hot Springs Island and A Field Guide to Hot Springs Island from Swordfish Islands.
