This is a two-player game where one person takes on the role of a realtor and the other player is a homebuyer who is dead set on buying a haunted house.  Internet is required for gameplay. No dice, no cards, but you will need to download the rules. This game can be played as a silly light-hearted game or one that is pretty scary—use your discretion and talk to each other before you begin. Created for the 24-Word RPG Jam (2024).
