Here  Comes a New Challenger is an homage to fighting video games like Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Killer Instinct, and more.  You can learn it in seconds and play out a fight in a couple minutes. This is an ultra-light system, closer to a roll-and-write game than D&D, though if there's interest I may make some extra rules for special moves/powers to spice things up! Here Comes a New Challenger was created for the 24-word RPG Jam, hosted by W.H. Arthur, breathingstories, Steffie de Vaan, and Rook and Role.
