Roniin is a small one page RPG set in an imaginary Japan's early Sengoku period after The Ashikaagaga Shogunate collapse during Oni War; Ronnin play as vagrant warriors cut loose from feudal service, trying to survive and gain recognition by navigating the complex social networks of decaying kingdoms. Players use LNF stat split mechanic together with secrets/shames/troubles that link people and places in a web of tragedy/deceit scenarios for their own fun or fictional storytelling purposes while playtesting Ronin RPG which was created to honor John Harper's work 'Laser Sword'.
