Everyone is Dragon is a "Cooperative" game where 3 or more players are one horrible dragon, in a world overseen by a GM. The game relies on heavy improv, and each dragon has a set of goals and skills that they will try to pursue while sharing control of their single body with the other dragon heads. "Everyone is Dragon" is a hack of the game "Everyone is John,"  (credit to original author) with improved rules, focus, and updated sensibility to make it more approachable and engaging.
