Your stats are determined by the parts you have attached, and your abilities are the sum of the total hoarded gear you’ve found throughout your existence. I'm anticipating two to three more major releases before final publication, plus other releases as the game is playtested. Rules and formatting are subject to change, balance may be significantly altered, new art and content will be added over time, but the game will always be available for free.
