En cada turno (campanadas) las presas juegan una carta, la cual marca el tono que deben de dar a la narración de como intentan escapar de Horror. Este es un pequeño juego de terror para 3 o 5 jugadores de puteo que entra en una carta. Deben de sobrevivir durante cinco turnos, al final de los cuales la historia acaba y hay una escena postcréditos en la que pueden morir de forma miserable.
