EPITAPH is a game about a far-flung future and the consequences of divine mechanical combat.  EPITAPH is to be played with 2-4 players, one of whom acts as a BLACK BOX from a downed TERROR FRAME, an inscrutably ancient piece of machinery that recorded the last moments of the DIVER who tragically fell in combat. Other players act as MORTECHNICIANS, inquiring upon the BLACK BOX in order to write an EPITAPH for the downed DIVER.
