Sunken Lover Refracta is a hack of Nate Treme's The Eternal Caverns of Urk. It uses the same easy, flexible Tunnel Goons mechanic. However, Refracta is set in an oceanic limbo where black-and-white cartoons are banished when their time is up. The booklet contains rules additions along with over a dozen tables to randomly generate setting, quest, and NPC elements. Use it on its own or to supplement with other Tunnel Goon games. Other than this booklet, you'll need the aforementioned Eternal Caverns, pencils, paper, and dice (d6 and d12) to play. Created as part of Goon Jam. See Nate's guide to assembling the print version.
