Searchers of Lost Souls is a soulslike adaptation of the hyper-minimalist old-school D&D hack Searchers of the Unknown. Like the original Searchers, it fits on a single page, represents characters with only a single short stat line (e.g., AC 12 MV 10′ HD 3 HP 9 #AT 1 D d8), and handles actions by having players roll over or under AC. It adds tweaked rules for arms and armor (to model soulslike encumbrance systems), new rules for "action tokens" and stunts (to model soulslike stamina systems), and a few first-level spells to get you started. Flesh out this quick start with old school renaissance (OSR) adventure modules, bestiaries, and spell lists.
