In Heaven is an RPG-tool for GMs compatible with most Traditional Fantasy RPGs, but favors strange and surreal fiction. Use it when the entire adventuring party perishes. This tool is meant as starting points for greater things, and assumes you will be able to weave a satisfyingly strange narrative from these very sparse, purposely vague concepts. They don’t have any ”inherent logic” or difficulty slider - they are just procedures that quickly and easily create fictional material for you to work with.
