These Streets We Know is set of randomizers designed specifically for tabletop campaigns involving neighborhoods. The goal was not only system-neutral and generic but flavored enough that it could easily be incorporated into most sessions with little additional work needed, including d20 chance encounters in the neighborhood's atmosphere; mood today (d12); who are you acquainted?(d30) on a scale of 1 to 30 about how well they know/are friends with each other.
