Any Planet Is Earth
ANY PLANET IS EARTH is an adventure campaign sandbox set of guidelines that encourages realistic gameplay with simple rules to create jobs, bounties (i.e., missions), trading activities like travel or trade routes between planets/star systems in a near-future setting where players can leave their mark on the starscape and choose from various careers such as military personnel, explorers searching for extraterrestrial lifeforms but are met by hostile environments; adventurers who use their skills to search out rare resources needed for interstellar expeditions. The game also includes random tables generated through 23 36 result sets that generate NPCs (non-player characters), worlds with crises and unique challenges each time the players visit them, as well as trade goods available between planets/star systems in various categories such as foodstuffs or trinkets to ship back home when they return. The game is played simply by rolling 2d6 for your character's actions but requires critical thinking from both you (the player) and referee who must think about the context of their surroundings, use it like a real place rather than just descriptions first with abstraction second approach as in other sandbox games
