The title suggests a tabletop RPG resource GMs could use when they need it in their campaign - an NPC tavern with 18 names and personalities that are unique to the area of play or even game edition preferences; however, unlike traditional RPGs where NPCs serve no function other than being objects on which players may interact directly (hence "one-page lore"), A Pub Called Quest serves a similar purpose but also acts as standalone content for GMs.
