In Adrift you will find yourself cast into uncertainty, but encouraged to be kind to yourself in order to survive, maybe even thrive. This is accomplished through prompted reflections and journal entries. Adrift can be experienced alone or with friends near and far. It is designed to be engaged with for just a few minutes a day over several days, but is easily adapted to other experiences.
