Echo Game 0 is a 3 player game of graphology where players role play as dead soldiers in the aftermath of an attack. The goal for all three players involved, who are doctors with different specialties and have to work together on treating patients suffering from serious illnesses that they do not understand completely themselves due to complex biological processes beyond their reach; this is why physicians keep a separate library called Echo Game 0 which contains information about the various medical topics related to it.
