This system reference document features all the basic rules of QUIETUS, a one shot, prepless RPG of melancholy horror where you create characters with tragic backstories, and send them hurtling headlong into a nightmare where their past trauma might be the only thing that saves them. There is also a license that allows you to use these rules to make your own games, commercially or non-commercially.
