It's a small and simple campaign, so it is best with a small and simple game system like my own 3 BONES or Highland Paranormal Society's "Prole" or "Tunnel Goons". Blood River is a micro map hex crawl adventure that can be played with your favorite system. There are three pages: one to give to the players and two that can be printed double-sided for the GM's use.
