Dwelling is a solo roleplaying game and short story for one player, where the reader takes on multiple roles within their dreamlike experience. The book features text descriptions of rooms to explore at night in an old house that are haunted by strange specters summoned from previous memories or experiences. Players must draw and sketch these apparitions into being while also recalling past events related with each memory brought up during gameplay, leading them through the storybook-esque journey until they reach a final unsettling conclusion where players become aware of their own inner haunting's presence in some unknown way. The game includes digital versions for printable room spread sheets as well and printed safety tools to use while playing it physically or via text only version online from Good Luck Press' website, all available physical copies can be purchased on the site also provided by them after a purchase of their "gamebook."
