The district is a dangerous environment for those who dare enter or try to control the fire that burns at its center; two factions are fighting over territory in Wicker Park. Rumors suggest there may be an NPC lurking around with information about secret societies and underground tunnels within, but without further investigation it remains impossible to determine their role(s) - if any exist beyond just rumors. The Mothman have also made some efforts to draw the Slayer's attention toward a hidden location inside Wicker Park where they can meet one of those enigmatic individuals rumored around for decades: a being from another world who has ties with both sides, but is currently in hiding and keeping secrets that only he knows about...and possibly their meeting could be just what you need to take your campaign back into the past.
