Hollow Knight is an epic fantasy RPG game that takes place in a kingdom plagued by monsters and dark magic, where the king's daughter goes missing while he searches high-and low to find her safe haven within his palace garden maze of tunnels beneath him with various allies from different lands coming together for support. Players must navigate through traps using their sword skills and avoid encounters on dangerous paths that lead them into a final encounter against powerful foes as they try hard times, or risk life in pursuit of greater rewards at the cost of losing some friends along the way to save everyone else while finding themselves stranded with little help from others when all hope seems lost.
