Persona. It follows a group of teenagers exploring the realm made by their collective unconscious
and facing powerful Shadows that arise from distortions within them as they retreat to isolation due
to trauma or loss, while also overcoming trials set forth through these obstacles themselves with
Facades serving as spiritual manifestations powered by Emotions in The Midnight World: HawthoRnE.
Each chapter details rules for creating rulers of different forms (such as Archangels and Angels),
Shadows using their own personalities, Palaces that house the individual identities within them
along with advice on adapting existing playbooks from Masked Heroes to use when running games set
after events in The Midnight Generation; each new Palace is an extension/remake of HawthoRnE.The
Golem's purpose and desire of finding truth are intertwined, as they want control over their own
existence but also fear that the world might discover them for who they truly were: "something or
someone pushed you". The Navigator feels like a prisoner because adults' power is greater than the
true facts in society; therefore it creates new rules to protect friends and preserve secrets.The
