A game about sharing memories of the past in an post-apocalyptic world

This is a game about a survivor sharing the story of the life before the apocalypse. One of those survivors is you, holding your beloved photo album you wander around sharing the memories and knowledge from before the apocalypse with all the people you meet in you travels as a way to not make the past you knew fades away like everything else did. Humanity managed to overcome the crisis and started to settle in again adapting to the new way of life.
