Outside, Looking In is a scenario about cyberpunk nomads living in the deserts outside of a mega city,  who suddenly get a need to get into the city.   The scenario has been set up as a problem generator, fit for a small sandbox or a single night of likely violent incidents. It's not straightforward: they're not citizens, they're packing gear stolen from the city-dwelling megacorps, a number of rival crews are after them, and the city gangs won't welcome competition.
