This game is a tabletop role-playing game, afterburner (AB), that features fast and positional fighter combat with military sci-fi drama. Players take on the roles of larger than life starfighter pilots in space flight sims, cracking wise over comms about their feelings for superiors or enemies falling into fist fights at breakneck speeds through trenches and superstructures without regard to a "flight deck." The game takes inspiration from XWing series games such as Ace Combat Series Elite: Dangerous Battlestar Galactica (2003) and Top Gun. Players can acquire up to 4 TALS, 3 Fighter Types including Superiority, Interceptor Bomber Support Assault Stealth types of fighter with customizable options for the Primary Weapon Secondary Weapons Module's before each sortie.
