Virtual Reality Battle Simulator (or "VRBS") is an ultralight system that enables players to create and play highly improvisational role-playing games with ease, requiring just a single six-sided die roll for conflict resolution; characters are defined by what they do rather than statistics. The VRB program utilizes zero prep or GMless gameplay settings while allowing collaboration in interpreting prompts at game time leading towards the story's progression without involving players' direct participation to drive stories forward through improvisation and creative action, making it well- suited for solo short episodic play styles that encourage creativity among both young adults and older individuals.
